How does fishing excessively affect us at the global, national, and local levels?

    Let us assume that your country is reliant on resources from the sea. If they are to fish irresponsibly it may deplete the resources of the sea. Globally, as an example, sharks are being caught for its fins. if you deplete all these sharks, it may cause imbalance in the sea. some sea creature will thrive and destroy other sea creatures. On national level, if you are dependent on the sea for income and you deplete your resources, then income will be lower, deficit may be incurred, inflation may rise… since this is talking about national level automatically local levels are affected. Maybe , budget wise, lesser allocation for your locality, lesser health benefits, education. Increase in inflation may increase prices of goods and services.
